Telecare Service Holding A/S issued on 23 May 2014 a senior secured bond with a nominal amount of up to SEK 450,000,000 on the Swedish market. The bond has a 4-year maturity and a floating rate of STIBOR 3M + 7,25 per cent per annum. The bond loan proceeds will be used for refinancing and acquisition purposes. The issuer will apply for the loan to be listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.
CorpNordic Sweden has been appointed by the issuer as agent for the noteholders.
