SIG Invest AB (publ) (“SIG Invest”) issued on 26 May 2015 a secured fixed rate bond with a nominal amount of up to SEK 60,000,000 on the Swedish market. The bond has a 4-year maturity and a fixed rate of 9.25 per cent per annum. SIG Invest will apply for the loan to be listed on NASDAQ OMX First North Bond Market Stockholm.
CorpNordic Sweden has been appointed by SIG Invest as agent for the noteholders.
