CorpNordic Finland as a trustee in SATO Oyj secured corporate bond

SATO Oyj – one of Finland’s leading corporate investors in housing – issued succesfully the first secured bond for a corporate issuer in Finland. The bond amounted to EUR 100m. Danske Markets and Nordea operated as arrangers of the bond and CorpNordic was appointed trustee for the transaction.
