CorpNordic Sweden agent in Bond Issued by Catella AB (publ)

Catella AB issues a five year senior unsecured bond loan of SEK 200 million. The bond has a maximum amount of SEK 300 million with a coupon of three month STIBOR plus 500 basis points. Catella AB will apply for a listing of the bonds on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.
The bond loan will be used to repay existing bank financing and for expansion capital.
CorpNordic Sweden has been assigned by Catella AB as agent for the bond investors.
