CorpNordic Sweden Agent in Bond issued by Estea Sverigefastigheter 2 AB (publ)

Estea Sverigefastigheter 2 AB (publ) (“Esteaâ€Â) issued participating bonds of up to SEK 150,000,000 on November 1st, 2012. The coupon is fixed at 6,25 % per annum and the bonds mature at the latest on December 31st, 2019, with an option for Estea to redeem at the earliest on October 1st, 2014. CorpNordic Sweden has been assigned by Estea as agent for the bond investors.
