Sefyr Värme AB, the parent company to Värmevärden AB, has raised SEK 900 million by issuing a senior secured and unrated five-year bond to chosen Nordic institutional investors. The loan will carry a fixed interest rate of 7 percent per annum. Sefyr Värme AB will be applying for listing of the bonds on the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm. CorpNordic Sweden has been assigned by Sefyr Värme AB as agent for the bond investors.
Värmevärden AB is an energy company with operations in the production and distribution of district heating. Operations are spread over eleven municipalities in central Sweden and is characterized largely by close cooperation with the local heavy industries. Sefyr Värme AB and Värmevärden AB is by Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund 2 and Capstone Infrastructure Corporation.
