CorpNordic Sweden Trustee in Bond Issued by Arise Windpower AB

The windmill company Arise Windpower AB has issued Swedish bonds with a value of up to SEK 350 million. The issue was a private placement directed to the Swedish market. The loan will carry a variable interest rate of STIBOR (3 months) + 5,00 per cent per annum and it constitutes senior and unsecured obligations with final redemption 2015. The company will be applying for listing of the bonds on the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.
CorpNordic Sweden has been assigned by Arise Windpower AB as Trustee for the bond investors.
