We have not received the promised proceeds, so we cannot pay the interest due by 09 January 2024.
The good news is that we have received commitments from other investors for more than USD 3 million, so we will pay the interest shortly.
Due to the public holidays, we need a few more days to determine the exact payment date and we will get back to you soon, at the latest by the end of the week.
We have just concluded an Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, which has authorized the Board of Directors to issue up to 100 million new shares in the most flexible way to support our efforts in attracting new equity.
