As outlined in the governing terms and conditions, the Bonds were issued on 29 June 2022, with an original maturity date of 29 June 2024 – two years following the First Issue Date. However, we as Issuer has the option to extend this maturity date by six (6) months under the Issuers’ Maturity Extension Option. When exercised, this option would extend the Final Maturity Date to 29 December 2024.
