Extension of voting deadline – Updated notice regrding Written Procedure for Bonds issued by Columbidae Properties Holding AB (publ)

We refer to second notice of written procedure issued by Columbidae Properties Holding AB (publ) (the “Issuer”) on 11 April 2023, regarding certain requests in relation to the Issuer’s outstanding bonds (the “Second Notice of Written Procedure”). Five of the bond series subject of the Second Notice of Written Procedure are affiliated with Euroclear Sweden AB and five bond series are affiliated with Verdipapirsentralen ASA (“VPS”).

It has come to our attention that the Second Notice of Written Procedure, due to an administrative error at VPS, was not distributed to holders of VPS Bonds upon issuance on 11 April 2023. In order to rectify such unfortunate failure, the Second Notice of Written Procedure is hereby redistributed to all directly registered holders of bonds, both holders of Euroclear Bonds and holders of VPS Bonds. The attached redistributed Second Notice of Written Procedure (the “Updated Notice”) contains the following updates in relation to the Second Notice of Written Procedure issued and distributed to holders of Euroclear Bonds on 11 April 2023 (the “Original Notice”).

Extension of voting deadline
The last date to vote is extended. New voting deadline is 11 May 2023 13:00 (CEST).

For the avoidance of doubt, the extended voting deadline applies to both Euroclear Bonds and VPS Bonds. Change of record date for VPS Bond votes A new record date for eligibility to vote for VPS Bonds is set for today, 26 April 2023. References to “Applicable Record Date” in the Updated Notice shall by holders of VPS Bonds thus be read as a reference to 26 April 2023.
The record date for eligibility to vote for Euroclear Bonds is still 18 April 2023, i.e. no change in relation to the Original Notice. References to “Applicable Record Date” in the Updated
Notice shall by holders of Euroclear Bonds thus be read as a reference to 18 April 2023.
