To the holders in the notes with ISIN: SE0018535932, issued by Fastighetsbolaget Emilshus AB (publ) on 13 September 2022.

Intertrust (Sweden) AB acts as agent (the “Agent”) for the holders of the notes (the “Noteholders”) in the above-mentioned up to SEK 1,000,000,000 senior unsecured floating rate notes with ISIN: SE0018535932 (the “Notes”) issued by Fastighetsbolaget Emilshus AB (publ) (the “Issuer”). In its capacity as Agent, and as stipulated in the terms and conditions governing the Notes, the Agent hereby gives notice to all the Noteholders of the Issuer’s outstanding Notes of an early redemption of the Notes in full.
