To the holders of the Bonds with ISIN: SEK BONDS: SE0011721380 (the “Bonds”) issued by Gigasun AB (publ) (previously Advanced Soltech Sweden AB), Swedish reg. no. 559056-8878 (the “Issuer”), under the terms and conditions on 15 August 2018 and later amended and restated, finally dated on 24 October 2023.
n the written procedure for which notice was given on 25 June 2024 and last date to vote was 12.00 CEST on 19 July 2024, the agent hereby announces the successful completion of the written procedure in relation to the Bonds regarding extension of the original Final Maturity of the Bonds (the “Request”).
A sufficient number of bondholders participated in the written procedure and the Request was accepted by 85,36 per cent of the eligible votes.
