Gribskov Ejendomsudvikling ApS – Notice of extension of Final Maturity Date – ISIN SE0017085400 (SEK) and SE0017085418 (EUR)

To the holders of the Secured Fixed Rate Corporate Bonds with ISIN SE0017085400 (SEK) and SE0017085418 (EUR) (the “Bonds“) issued by Gribskov Ejendomsudvikling ApS (the “Issuer”) under the terms and conditions dated 8 December 2021 (the ”Terms and Conditions”).

The original Final Maturity Date of the Bonds is 13 December 2024. In accordance with Clause 2(j) of the Terms and Conditions, the Issuer has the option to extend the original Final Maturity Date by twelve (12) months (the “Extension Option”). The Issuer has given notice to the Agent, requesting to exercise the Extension Option, resulting in a new Final Maturity Date of 13 December 2025.
