To the bondholders in the senior secured floating rate bonds 2021/2024 with ISIN SE0017082779 (the “Bonds”) issued by HL18 Property Portfolio AB (publ) (the “Issuer”).
In the written procedure for which notice was given on 16 October 2024, with the final date to vote being 11 November 2024, the Agent hereby announces the early result of the written procedure regarding the amendment and restatement of the terms and conditions governing the Bonds (the “Terms and Conditions”), as well as the provision of certain consents under the Terms and Conditions (the “Request”).
When a requisite majority of consents of the total Adjusted Nominal Amount (as defined in the Terms and Conditions) have been received by the Agent, the Request shall be deemed to be adopted, even if the time period for replies in the written procedure has not yet expired. As the Agent received more than two-thirds of the eligible votes by 6 November 2024, it was decided to close the written procedure early in accordance with the notice of the written procedure. It was noted that 100 per cent of the eligible votes received approved the Request and the Request has therefore been approved.
