The Final Maturity for the Bonds is 24 March 2023. The Issuer will not be able to redeem the Bond on the Final Maturity Date. The Issuer is currently preparing a written procedure where the Bondholders can vote for or against an extension. The material will be sent out as soon as possible but it will not be ready to be distributed prior to the Final Maturity Date.
