Intertrust CN (Sweden) AB acts as agent for SEK 2,000,000,000 mortgage backed fixed rate notes issued by Svensk Hypotekspension Fond 3 AB (publ)

Svensk Hypotekspension Fond 3 AB (publ) (“SHP Fond 3”) issued on 9 February 2016 mortgage backed fixed rate notes with maximum nominal amount of up to SEK 2,000,000,000. The notes are callable with maximum 45-year maturity and a fixed rate of 2 per cent per annum. SHP Fond 3 will apply for the notes to be listed at the regulated market Nasdaq Stockholm.
