Intertrust CN (Sweden) AB Agent in an up to SEK 100 000 000 bond issued by Preservia AB (publ)

Preservia AB (publ) (“Preservia”) issued on 3 March 2016 an unsecured fixed rate bond with a maximum nominal amount of up to SEK 100.000.000. The bond has a callable but maximum 4-year maturity and a fixed rate of 7.5 per cent per annum. Preservia intend for the loan to be listed at NGM NDX.

Intertrust CN (Sweden) AB has been appointed by Preservia as agent for the noteholders.
