Intertrust (Norway) AS acts as Agent in a maximum approximately NOK 75,000,000 (or its equivalent in SEK) bond issued by Solnes Invest AS

On 4 May 2017 Solnes Invest AS issued senior secured fixed rate bonds with NOK bonds ISIN: NO 001 079153.7 and SEK bonds ISIN: NO 0001079154.4, with a maximum nominal amount of approximately NOK 75,000,000 (or its equivalent in SEK). The bond has a 2-years maturity and a fixed rate of 11 per cent. per annum.

The bond has a 2-years maturity and a fixed rate of 11 per cent. per annum.

The Issuer shall use the proceeds from the issuance of the bonds, less the transaction costs, towards acquisition of properties and general corporate purposes.

Intertrust (Norway) AS has been appointed by Solnes Invest AS to act as agent for the bondholders.
