Intertrust (Norway) AS acts as trustee for senior bonds and second lien bonds issued by Niels Juels Gade 9-13 Holding Aps

On 12 December 2017 Niels Juels Gade 9-13 Holding Aps issued senior secured callable fixed rate bonds with a maximum nominal amount of NOK 93,000,000, SEK 85,000,000 and USD 2,100,00 and second lien secured callable fixed rate bonds with a maximum nominal amount NOK 20,000,00, SEK 24,000,000 and USD 1,200,000. The bonds have a 2 years maturity and a fixed rate of 10 per cent. per annum for the senior bonds and 15 per cent. per annum for the second lien bonds.

The Issuer shall use the proceeds from the issuance of the bonds, less the transaction costs, to acquisition and general corporate purposes.

Intertrust (Norway) AS has been appointed by Niels Juels Gade 9-13 Holding Aps to act as trustee for the holders of the bonds.
