Intertrust (Norway) AS acts as Trustee in a second senior secured fixed rate bond issued by Gefion Group Holdco ApS

On 7 November 2018 Gefion Group ApS issued senior secured fixed rate bonds with NOK Bonds ISIN: NO 001 083428.6, SEK Bonds ISIN: SE0011788272 and EUR Bonds ISIN: NO 001 083430.2, with a maximum nominal amount of initial bond issue of NOK 117,000,000, SEK 172,000,000 and EUR 6,500,000. The bond has a 3-years maturity and a fixed rate of 9.5 per cent. per annum.

Gefion Group Holdco ApS shall use the proceeds from the issuance of the bonds, less the transaction costs, towards refinancing, acquisition and general corporate purposes.

Intertrust (Norway) AS has been appointed by Gefion Group Holdco ApS to act as trustee for the bondholders.
