On 13 April 2018 BioFish Holding AS issued senior secured fixed rate bonds with NOK BONDS – ISIN: NO0010820178 and SEK BONDS – ISIN: SE0011062256, with a maximum nominal amount of initial bond issue of NOK 38,000,000 and SEK 14,000,000. The bond has a 3-years maturity and a fixed rate of 11 per cent. per annum
BioFish Holding AS shall use the proceeds from the issuance of the bonds, less the transaction costs, towards development and general corporate purposes.
Intertrust (Norway) AS has been appointed by BioFish Holding AS to act as trustee for the bondholders.
