Intertrust (Norway) AS acts as Trustee in a senior secured fixed rate bond issued by Blåfjell AS

On 9 November 2017 Blåfjell AS issued senior secured fixed rate bonds with ISIN: NO 001 080980.9, with a maximum nominal amount of NOK 25,000,000. The bond has a 3-years maturity and a fixed rate of 13 per cent. per annum.

The Issuer shall use the proceeds from the issuance of the bonds, less the transaction costs, towards refinancing of outstanding debt, financing of construction costs and general corporate purposes.

Intertrust (Norway) AS has been appointed by Blåfjell AS to act as trustee for the bondholders.
