On 28 September 2017 Filago Prosjekt Holding 1 AS issued senior secured fixed rate bonds with NOK BONDS – ISIN: NO 001 080497.4 and SEK BONDS – ISIN: NO 001 080498.2, with a maximum nominal amount of approximately NOK 75,000,000 and SEK 68,000,000. The bond has a 2-years maturity and a fixed rate of 12 per cent. per annum.
The Issuer shall use the proceeds from the issuance of the bonds, less the transaction costs, towards acquisitions and general corporate purposes.
Intertrust (Norway) AS has been appointed by Filago Prosjekt Holding 1 AB to act as trustee for the bondholders.
