Intertrust (Norway) AS acts as Trustee in a senior secured fixed rate bond issued by Oskar Office ApS

On 16 February 2018 Oskar Office ApS issued senior secured fixed rate bonds with NOK BONDS – ISIN: NO 001 081564.0,  SEK BONDS – ISIN: SE0010869297 and EUR BONDS – ISIN: NO 001 081575.6, with a maximum nominal amount of NOK 22,000,000, SEK 22,000,000 and EUR 1,600,000. The bond has a 3-years maturity and a fixed rate of 11 per cent. per annum.

Oskar Office ApS shall use the proceeds from the issuance of the bonds, less the transaction costs, towards acquisitions and general corporate purposes.

Intertrust (Norway) AS has been appointed by Oskar Office ApS to act as trustee for the bondholders.
