On 26 June 2017 Klarna AB (publ) issued floating rate subordinated tier 1 capital notes (ISIN SE0009888753) with a total nominal amount of SEK 250,000,000. The notes are perpetual and have no fixed date for redemption and a floating interest rate of STIBOR plus a margin of 5.75 per cent. per annum. The proceeds from the issue of the notes will be used for general corporate purposes of the group.
Intertrust (Sweden) AB has been appointed by Klarna AB (publ) to act as agent for the noteholders.
