Intertrust Sweden AB acts as agent for up to EUR 50,000,000 bonds issued by DDM Debt AB (publ)

On 30 January 2017 DDM Debt AB (publ) issued senior secured fixed rate bonds (ISIN: SE0009548332) with a maximum nominal amount of EUR 50,000,000. The bonds have a three year term and an interest rate of 9.5 per cent per annum. The proceeds from the bond issue will be applied to refinance existing bonds.

Intertrust (Sweden) AB has been appointed by DDM Debt AB (publ) to act as agent for the bondholders.
