Intertrust Sweden AB acts as agent for up to SEK 200,000,000 notes issued by Alcadon Holding AB (publ)

Alcadon Holding AB (publ) issued on 3 June 2016 senior unsecured floating rate notes (ISIN: SE0008375232) with a total nominal amount up to SEK 200,000,000 on the Swedish market. The notes have a three year maturity and a floating interest rate of STIBOR plus 5.50 per cent per annum. The initial issue amounts to SEK 140,000,000 and the proceeds of the issuance of the notes will be used to refinance existing intra-group debt and for the issuer’s general corporate purposes. Subsequent notes may be issued upon the fulfilment of certain conditions. Alcadon Holding AB (publ) will apply for the notes to be listed on a regulated market.

Intertrust (Sweden) AB has been appointed by Alcadon Holding AB (publ) to act as agent for the noteholders.
