Intertrust Sweden AB acts as agent for up to SEK 500,000,000 bonds issued by Amasten Holding AB (publ)

On 2 June 2016 Amasten Holding AB (publ) issued senior unsecured floating rate bonds (ISIN SE0008135354) with a maximum nominal amount of SEK 500,000,000 on the Swedish market. The bonds have a three year maturity and a floating interest rate of STIBOR plus 6.00 per cent per annum, with a STIBOR floor of zero per cent. The initial issue amounts to SEK 150,000,000 and the proceeds will be applied towards general corporate purposes, including acquisitions and refinancing. Subsequent bonds may be issued upon the fulfilment of certain conditions. Amasten Holding AB (publ) will apply for the bonds to be listed on the corporate bond list of NASDAQ Stockholm.

Intertrust (Sweden) AB has been appointed by Amasten Holding AB (publ) to act as agent for the bondholders.
