Intertrust (Sweden) AB acts as Agent in a maximum SEK 500,000,000 bond issued by Nackahusen Holding AB (publ)

On 13 February 2017 Nackahusen Holding AB (publ) issued senior secured callable floating rate bonds (ISIN: SE0009548100) with a maximum nominal amount of SEK 500,000,000. The bond have a 3.5-years maturity and a floating rate of STIBOR (3M) plus 600 basis points per annum.

The Issuer shall use the proceeds from the issuance of the bonds, less the transaction costs, to facilitate the Issuer’s acquisition of real estate holding companies and general corporate purposes.

Intertrust (Sweden) AB has been appointed by Nackahusen Holding AB (publ) to act as agent for the holders of the bonds.
