Intertrust (Sweden) AB acts as Agent in a maximum SEK 600,000,000 bond issued by Prime Living AB (publ)

On 19 April 2017 Prime Living AB (publ) issued senior unsecured callable floating rate bonds ISIN: SE0009806383, with a maximum nominal amount of SEK 600,000,000. The bond has a 3-years maturity and a floating rate of STIBOR (3M) plus 7 per cent per annum.

The Issuer shall use the proceeds from the issuance of the Bonds, less the transaction costs, towards general corporate purposes of the group, including acquisitions and refinancing of existing bonds.

Intertrust (Sweden) AB has been appointed by Prime Living AB (publ) to act as agent for the bondholders.
