Intertrust (Sweden) AB acts as Agent in a SEK 100,000,000 bond issued by Prime Living Campus Stockholm AB (publ)

On 21 March 2018 Prime Living Campus Stockholm AB (publ) issued senior secured callable fixed rate bonds ISIN: SE0010985218, with a total nominal amount of SEK 100,000,000. The bond has a 2-years maturity and a fixed rate of 9 per cent per annum or as adjusted in accordance with the terms and the conditions of the bond loan.

The Issuer shall use the proceeds from the issuance of the Bonds, less the transaction costs, towards general corporate purposes of the group (including providing downstream loans to property companies for the purpose of financing the properties and/or the property companies).

Intertrust (Sweden) AB has been appointed by Prime Living Campus Stockholm AB (publ) to act as agent for the bondholders.
