Intertrust (Sweden) AB acts as Agent in an up to SEK 500,000,000 bond issued by Serneke Group AB (publ)

On 30 Septermber 2016 Serneke Group AB (publ) issued senior unsecured callable floating rate bond (ISIN: SE0008992184) with a maximum nominal amount of SEK 500,000,000. The bond has a 3-year maturity and a floating rate of STIBOR plus 6.25 per cent per annum. The proceeds from the bond issue will be applied general corporate purposes, including acquisitions.

Intertrust (Sweden) AB has been appointed by Serneke Group AB (publ) to act as agent for the bondholders.
