Intertrust (Sweden) AB acts as Agent in an up to SEK 650,000,000 bond issued by Hancap AB (publ)

On 11 October 2016 Hancap AB (publ) issued senior secured fixed rate bond (ISIN: NO0010769276, NO0010769284 and NO0010769292) with a maximum nominal amount of SEK 650,000,000. The bond has a 3-year maturity and a fixed rate of 10 per cent per annum. The proceeds from the bond issue will be used to refinance existing financing, for general corporate purposes and Transaction Costs.

Intertrust (Sweden) AB has been appointed by Hancap AB (publ) to act as agent for the bondholders.
