Intertrust (Sweden) AB acts as Agent in floating rate subordinated tier 2 capital notes issued by Klarna Bank AB (publ)

On the 5^th of July Klarna Bank AB (publ) issued floating rate subordinated tier 2 capital notes ISIN: SE0011415538, with a maximum nominal amount of approximately SEK 300,000,000. The bond has an interest rate of STIBOR plus a margin 3.50 per cent. per annum.

The Issuer shall use the proceeds from the issuance of the bonds, less the transaction costs, towards general corporate purposes of the Group.
