Intertrust (Sweden) AB acts as Agent in maximum SEK 800,000,000 Notes issued by JSM Financial Group AB (publ)

On 19 April 2017 JSM Financial Group AB (publ) issued unsecured floating rate Notes ISIN:SE0009805500, with a maximum nominal amount of SEK 800,000,000. The bond has a 3.5-years maturity and a floating rate of STIBOR (3M) plus 7 per cent per annum

The Issuer shall use the proceeds from the issuance of the Notes, to finance the repayment of Existing Financing and to finance the business of the group.

Intertrust (Sweden) AB has been appointed by JSM Financial Group AB (publ) to act as agent for the noteholders.
