On the 22nd of October Gambling.com Group Plc issued senior secured fixed rate notes ISIN: SE0011721117, with a maximum nominal amount of approximately EUR 25,000,000. The notes have an initial interest rate of 10,5 per cent. per annum.
The Issuer shall use the proceeds from the issuance of the notes, less the transaction costs, refinancing of existing debt, and general corporate purposes, including but not limited to acquisitions, earn-out payments and investments.
