Intertrust (Sweden) AB acts as trustee for up to SEK 1,250,000,000 notes issued by Heimstaden AB (publ)

Heimstaden AB (publ) has issued senior unsecured floating rate notes (SEK ISIN:SE0009895055) with a maximum nominal amount of SEK 1,250,000,000. The notes have a four year term and carry interest at an interest rate of STIBOR plus 3.15 per cent per annum. The proceeds from the notes issue will be applied towards investments, acquisitions and general corporate purposes of the Group.

Intertrust (Sweden) AB has been appointed by Heimstaden AB (publ) to act as Agent for the bondholders.
