Intertrust (Sweden) AB acts as trustee for up to SEK 2,000,000,000 floating rate senior unsecured notes issued by Klarna Bank AB (publ)

On September 15^th 2017 Klarna Bank AB (publ) issued floating rate senior unsecured notes with a maximum nominal amount of SEK 2,000,000,000.

The Issuer shall use the proceeds from the issuance of the notes, less the transaction costs, for the general corporate purposes of the group. Intertrust (Sweden) AB has been appointed by Klarna Bank AB (publ) to act as agent for the holders of the notes.
