Intertrust (Sweden) AB acts as Trustee in a senior secured callable fixed rate bond issued by Trinitas Fastigheter AB (publ)

On the 29^th of January 2018 Trinitas Fastigheter AB (publ) issued senior secured callable fixed rate bonds with SEK BONDS – ISIN: SE0010662247, EUR BONDS – ISIN: SE0010662254 and NOK BONDS – ISIN: NO0010812522, with a maximum nominal amount of approximately SEK 250,000,000 (or its equivalent in EUR or NOK). The bond has a two-year maturity and a fixed rate of 10 per cent. per annum.

The Issuer shall use the proceeds from the issuance of the bonds, less the transaction costs, towards refinancing of existing debt, downstream loans within the group as well as general corporate purposes.
