Intertrust (Sweden) AB acts as Trustee in a senior secured fixed rate bond issued by ADDvise Group AB (publ)

On 10 October 2017 ADDvise Group AB issued senior secured fixed rate bonds with ISIN: SE0010298166, with a maximum nominal amount of SEK 240,000,000. The bond has a 5-years maturity and a fixed rate of 7.25 per cent. per annum.

The Issuer shall use the proceeds from the issuance of the bonds, less the transaction costs, towards refinancing and acquisitions.

Intertrust (Sweden) AB has been appointed by ADDvise Group AB (publ) to act as trustee for the bondholders.
