Intertrust (Sweden) AB acts as Trustee in a senior secured floating rate bond issued by Lendify Sweden 2 AB (publ)

On the 29^th of January Lendify Sweden 2 AB (publ) issued senior secured floating rate bonds with Secured Floating Rate Bonds ISIN: SE0010831669, with a maximum nominal amount of approximately SEK 750,000,000. The bond has a two year maturity and an interest rate of STIBOR plus 4.50 per cent. per annum.

The Issuer shall use the proceeds from the issuance of the bonds, less the transaction costs, towards (i) finance the Issuer’s purchase of Promissory Notes from the Originator, (ii) deposit an amount on the Interest Reserve Account equivalent to the Minimum Interest Reserve Amount, and (iii) finance certain costs of the Issuer.
