AB Sagax (publ) (“Sagax”) issued on 5 December 2017 a senior unsecured floating rate bond with a nominal amount of up to SEK 1,500,000,000 series no 11 on the Swedish market.
The bond has a 4-year maturity and a floating rate of STIBOR plus 2.25 per cent per annum. The bond loan proceeds will be used for refinancing of existing financial indebtedness and general corporate purposes including acquisitions and investments. Sagax will apply for the loan to be listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.
Intertrust (Sweden) AB has been appointed by Sagax as agent for the noteholders.
