To holders of the up to SEK 750,000,000 bonds due 2025 with ISIN SE0016049043 and SE0016074058 (the “Bonds”) issued by Mathesa Investments AB (publ) (the “Issuer”) on 4 June 2021.
In our capacity as Agent, we hereby notify you that the Issuer on 12 July 2023 will pay the interest that was due 9 June 2023. The interest will be paid together with stipulated default interest.
