Millicom International Cellular S.A. (“Millicom”) inform the noteholders of voluntary early redemption of its notes

Reference is made to Millicom’s maximum SEK 2,000,000,000 senior unsecured floating rate notes due 2019 with ISIN SE0008242986 (the “Notes”).

We hereby wish to inform you that the Millicom has given notice to the noteholders, of early redemption of the Notes in accordance with this press release from Millicom.

On the applicable Redemption Date, being 9 August 2018, Millicom will redeem all of the outstanding Notes in full at a price equal to 101.45 % together with accrued and unpaid interest thereon to the noteholders holding Notes on the applicable Record Date being 2 August 2018.
