To the holders of the Notes with ISIN: SEK BONDS: SE0010985978 (the “Notes”) issued by Moment Group AB (publ) Swedish reg. no. 556301-2730 (the “Issuer”), under the terms and conditions as amended and restated from time to time, finally dated on 20 December 2023.
In the written procedure for which notice was given on 19 August 2024 and last date to vote was 12.00 CEST on 12 September 2024, the agent hereby announces the successful completion of the written procedure in relation to the Notes regarding among other things, consent to additional Financial Indebtedness and waiver of Listing Failure Event (the “Request”).
A sufficient number of bondholders participated in the written procedure and the Request was accepted by 98,88 per cent of the eligible votes.
