Nordic Service Partners Holding AB (publ) inform the holders that it will use its right to make a voluntary partial repayment of its bonds

Reference is made to Nordic Service Partners Holding AB (publ) senior secured callable floating rate bonds 2014/2019 with ISIN: SE0005994217 (the “Bonds”).

We hereby wish to inform you that the issuer today has given notice to the agent and the holders that it will use its right to repay SEK 100,000 per Bond in accordance with Clause 11.4 of the terms and conditions of the Bonds.

The partial repayment will be made at a price equal to 104 % of the repaid nominal amount together with accrued but unpaid interest on the repaid nominal amount, resulting in partial repayment of all Bonds by way of reduction of the nominal amount of each Bond pro rata. The partial repayment will occur on the next interest payment date, being 27 June 2016.

A notice (in Swedish) in respect of the voluntary partial repayment has been published on the issuer’s website (www.nordicservicepartners.se).
