To the holders of Senior Secured Fixed Rate Bonds with ISIN NOK Bonds: NO 001 086789 (initially NO 001 0791536) and SEK Bonds: NO 001 0868003 (initially NO 001 0791544) (collectively the “Bonds”) issued by Solnes Invest AS (the “Issuer”) on 4 May 2017.
Capitalised terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning given to the in the terms and conditions relating to the Bonds (the “Terms and Conditions”).

Intertrust Norway AS (the “Trustee”), acting in its capacity as Trustee for the Bondholders under the Terms and Conditions, hereby initiated a written procedure (the “Written Procedure”), after request from a Bondholder representing at least ten (10) per cent of the Adjusted Nominal Amount.
The purpose of the Written Procedure is the dismissal of the Trustee and the appointment of Beliggenhet Utvikling AS as the new Trustee (the “Proposal”). The Proposal and the background thereto is described in Section A (Background and Proposal).
