FINALISATION OF BANKRUPTCY
Trinitas Fastigheter AB (publ) went bankrupt on August 28, 2019. Lars Wiking at DLA Piper law firm was appointed as bankruptcy administrator. The bankruptcy has been finalized and the trustee has received a small dividend that after certain costs for the trustee and its advisors is to be distributed to the Bondholders on or about 8 November 2023 and after that all ISIN:s will be terminated in Euroclear Euronext Securities Oslo (VPS).
