Notice of a written procedure to the bondholders in ISIN: SE0016275143 for bonds issued by Oscar Properties Holding AB (publ)

To the bondholders in:

ISIN: SE0016275143 – Oscar Properties Holding AB (publ) up to SEK 1,000,000,000 Senior Unsecured Floating Rate Bonds 2021/2024 (the “Bonds”)

Intertrust (Sweden) AB in its capacity as agent (the “Agent”) for the holders of the bonds (the “Bondholders”) in the above mentioned bond issue with ISIN SE0016275143 issued by Oscar Properties Holding AB (publ), reg. no. 556870-4521, (the “Issuer” and together with its respective subsidiaries, the “Group”), and as requested by the Issuer, hereby initiates a procedure in writing, whereby Bondholders can vote for or against the Issuer’s request to amend the Terms and Conditions of the Bonds.
