Suominen Oyj gives as of today notice of the start of a consent solicitation and tender offer procedure for its outstanding EUR 75,000,000 senior unsecured notes due 2019 Bonds ISIN: FI4000108576 where Nordea Bank AB (publ) has been appointed as Dealer Manager and Solicitation Agent and Nordea Bank AB (Finnish Branch has been appointed as Tender and Tabulation Agent.
